Last evening mom made some incredible NY strip steaks seared on a cast iron skillet restraunt style
with sides of roasted asparagus, mashed potatoes and the most incredible mushrooms that she had "brewing" in the kitchen for a total of 8 hours!
This meal just melted in your mouth and tasted like Spring...
Thus, my post today is going to celebrate the Spring that is to come and is trully just on the horizon.
Just a little P.S. here..... these photos are all of flowers, etc. out of my mothers garden last Spring/Summer!
